Terms of Service – Park & More

By entering and parking your vehicle in our parking lot, you accept and agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Use of the Parking Facility

Parking in our area is done at your own risk. You agree to use the parking facility responsibly and follow all instructions from our staff.

2. Limitation of Liability

While we take reasonable measures to ensure the safety of the premises, we are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or destruction of your vehicle or items left inside, including situations caused by fire, vandalism, weather conditions, or unauthorized entry by third parties.

This includes (but is not limited to):

• Theft of the vehicle or its contents
• Damage due to weather conditions (hail, flood, storm)
• Vandalism or accidental damage by other users
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, etc.)

3. User Obligations

Before leaving your vehicle, you are required to:

• Securely lock the vehicle and fully close the windows
• Activate the alarm or security system if available
• Remove or conceal valuable items from the vehicle
• Do not leave animals or people unattended in the vehicle

We do not assume responsibility for the vehicle or its contents.

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are not permitted on the parking premises:

• Washing or repairing vehicles
• Loud or disruptive behavior
• Commercial activities without permission
• Parking outside of marked spaces
